ISCS Hiring Strategy Reflects and Responds to Insurance Industry Demands for Better Analytics and Full Integration With Core Administration Systems

Ralston brings an extensive technology, data and analytics background to ISCS, including roles as AVP of data management for Infinity Insurance, regional solution architect at Hewlett-Packard (HP), and chief architect at ComFrame Software. He is experienced in operations applying to customer behavior, product modeling and statistical process control, such as data mining solutions combining multi-dimensional databases with modeling.

Ralston is a published author in the field of software usage, and a patented creator of Zip Rator, a method of providing an insurance rate comprising storing combinations rates based on fields of information in a database, receiving a piece of information relating to one of the fields of information, and pulling an insurance rate based on a pre-calculated average of premiums for individuals. He attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Ralston's skills will help ISCS strengthen SurePower Innovation's analytic and business intelligence (BI) capabilities to enable customers to access and understand critical core insurance data, and therefore, make better-informed business decisions.
