Transmode AB (publ) has, as set out in a previous press release, applied for de-
listing of the company's shares from Nasdaq Stockholm.
Nasdaq Stockholm has approved Transmode's application for de-listing and
resolved that the last day of trading shall be Friday 11 September 2015.
