First Annual Atlantic Bloggers Conference to Be Held in Halifax This Fall
Featuring Keynote Speaker Vicki Murphy, Award Winning Blogger and Author
(firmenpresse) - HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/27/15 -- The first annual BlogJam Atlantic will take place in Halifax, Nova Scotia on October 4, 2015 at the beautiful Halifax Marriott Harbourfront Hotel. Award winning blogger and author Vicki Murphy will be presenting the keynote speech.
BlogJam Atlantic is a volunteer driven, no cost event dependant on sponsorship support. The first of its kind in the region, it will provide opportunities for people across Atlantic Canada, including new and veteran bloggers, and anyone with an interest in learning more about the skill, to connect and share ideas.
The keynote presenter will be Vicki Murphy of Newfoundland who is the author of the book MotherFumber and creator of the award winning blog, MotherFumbler.ca (previously known as MotherBlogger). She placed first in the Canadian Weblog Awards in 2014 in both the Humour and Life categories and her work can be found at cbc.ca, Huffington Post, and St John's alternative newspaper, The Overcast.
