Portfolio Expands to 26 With Acquisition of Three St. Louis-Area Properties
(firmenpresse) - BOULDER, CO -- (Marketwired) -- 08/27/15 -- Colorado-based Red Dot Storage () announced today that it has completed the acquisition of three facilities in the St. Louis area. The new facilities, located in Highland, IL, Collinsville, IL, and Troy, IL, offer area residents more than 116,000 square feet of storage space, including 928 storage units. Red Dot Storage will be upgrading the property with a variety of enhanced security and access control features as well as a 24-hour automated rental center and access controlled gate systems.
The new acquisitions bring the total number of Red Dot Storage properties in Illinois and Wisconsin to 26.
