Through more than 20 years of diverse business, consulting and academic experience, Dr. Mirabile has developed a passion and specialty for leadership development, high-performance teams, organization and culture change and executive coaching. Prior clients have included Hewlett-Packard, Apple Computer, Sybase, Motorola, Bank of America, Levi Strauss, AT&T, the County of Los Angeles, GAP Inc., and the Sony Corporation, to name a few.
Dr. Mirabile previously held such executive roles as founder and CEO of Success Factor Systems, Inc.; Partner, Leadership Consulting Services for Heidrick & Struggles; and Director of Staffing and Development for GTE Telephone Operations Group, among others. Dr. Mirabile has also served on the faculty at Purdue University, the California School of Professional Psychology and John F. Kennedy University. Additionally, he has been a guest lecturer at the University of Texas at Austin, and is a Nationally Certified Career Counselor from Southern Illinois University.
Dr. Mirabile holds a B.A. in Psychology, an M.S. in Psychology and Business from Southern Illinois University, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Systems from Purdue University/The Fielding Institute.
