Notification according to chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Market Act: D-
sijoitus oy ownership in Cargotec to transfer to Pivosto Oy
Cargotec Corporation has on 31 August 2015 received a notification from D-
sijoitus oy (Business ID 1948057-7) referred to in Securities Market Act
according to which D-sijoitus oy has on 31 August 2015 demerged. Following the
demerger the Cargotec shares owned by D-sijoitus oy, a company controlled by
Ilona Herlin, transferred to Pivosto Oy (Business ID 2690030-6). Following the
demerger Ilona Herlin's ownership in Cargotec Corporation via the new Pivosto Oy
is 10.50% of the shares and 22.11% of the votes.
Cargotec Corporation received on 30 April 2015 a notification from D-sijoitus oy
(Business ID 1948057-7) referred to in Securities Market Act according to which
D-sijoitus oy had on 30 April 2015 signed a demerger agreement. Following the
completion of the demerger the Cargotec shares owned by D-sijoitus oy, a company
controlled by Ilona Herlin, would transfer to Pivosto Oy, a company established
in the demerger. The registration of the demerger took place on 31 August 2015.
