West Mountain Environmental Corp.: Options Grant
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/03/15 -- West Mountain Environmental Corp. (the "Company" or "West Mountain") (TSX VENTURE: WMT) announces it has granted incentive stock options to certain directors and officers of the Company (the "Options") to purchase a total of 1,800,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.12 cents per common share. The Options will expire on September 3, 2020. The grant of the Options remain subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
