ZTEST Announces Listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange

(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ZTE) wishes to announce that effective at the market open on September 8, 2015, the Company's common shares will be listed and posted for trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE") under the symbol "ZTE". The common shares of the Company will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of the market on September 4, 2015.
