Perseus Division of Constellation Software to Acquire Market Leader Business from Zillow Group

("Constellation") (TSX: CSU), announced today that it has entered into, through its Perseus division ("Perseus"), a definitive agreement to acquire the Market Leader business from the Zillow Group. The sale is expected to close by the end of the year.
