Mobi724 Global Solutions (CSE: MOS) Announces Cease Trade Order

("Mobi724" or the "Corporation") (CSE: MOS), a technology leader in the digital incentives, couponing and payment space, announced today that the cease trade orders issued against the Corporation by l'Autorite des Marches Financiers (AMF) on May 19, 2015, by the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) on May 22, 2015 and the British Columbia Securities Commission on May 8th 2015 have been successfully revoked. The cease trade orders were issued as a result of the Corporation's failure to file its annual financial statements, MD&A and related CEO and CFO certificates for its fiscal year ended December 31, by the filing deadline of April 30, 2015 as prescribed by National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations. Mobi724 also filed its interim financial statements, MD&A, and related CEO and CFO certificates for the interims financial periods ended March 31, 2015 (Q1) and June 30, 2015 (Q2).
