His tenure at GfK resulted in significant global revenue growth year over year. He previously served as vice president of software alliances and vice president of sales at ADP and led sales at First Data's Taxware division (now Sovos Compliance). Jones holds a bachelor's degree from Northeastern University and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts.
