AccessData Summation to Serve as Exclusive Legal Review Software That Powers New Services for E-Discovery and Forensics Analysis

Afras said the service is available now to companies based in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, but can also be used by companies located in the rest of the EU. reThinkLegal has established data hosting environments in every country in which the services are available so that local government rules on data privacy and protection are respected.
With Focused Review, reThinkLegal provides a highly skilled project team to review collected data from a company's internal information system. Starting with the data collection, processing and creation of a customized search terms list, the team works closely with the corporate legal department to detect a potential corporate compliance issue. To review the documents most efficiently, reThinkLegal uses Summation -- AccessData's legal review software platform with industry-leading technologies such as advanced analytics, predictive coding and built-in fact and transcript management -- to conduct a reliable analysis of the data and create a confidential report for management review.
