Will present "A New Solution to Sensing Scheme Issues Revealed" at the TSMC 2015 Open Innovation Platform® (OIP) Ecosystem Forum. In his presentation, Dr. Hsu will describe a new patent-pending sensing scheme to eliminate random dopant variation. He will show results and discuss potential uses of this memory scheme.

Additionally, Kilopass will demonstrate its antifuse eNVM IP's ultra-low power and high-performance features, fast access speed, megabits of capacity, more than 10 years of data retention and flexible programming options in Booth #612.
