Customers to Receive $10,000 in Free Gift Cards During Opening Weekend
(firmenpresse) - SMITHTOWN, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 08/04/11 -- Sertinos Cafe (Sertinos), a fast-casual, specialty restaurant known for high-quality ingredients, hospitality and ambiance, will open the first Sertinos in New York on Saturday, August 13 at 133 W Main Street, a site which has been a Sizzler for nearly 40 years.

The Smithtown Sertinos will be giving away over 500 gift cards worth $20 each during the two-day Grand Opening Event on Saturday, August 13 and Sunday, August 14. Loyal Sertinos customers will have the opportunity to join a member rewards program which offers ten percent cash back on every purchase as well as an additional three percent of sales which the company will donate to local non-profit organizations. The Smithtown Sertinos will employ several full-time employees as well as over 30 part-time employees.

This local franchise of Sertinos will open at 5:45 a.m. during the week to serve local residents and business people during prime commuting hours. Sertinos will close at 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, but will stay open until 11:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
"The goal is to provide diners ample time to stop for dinner and/or dessert before or after their evening activities," said Lowenthal. "The Sertinos menu has something to offer customers at any time of day. The blend of items includes coffees, teas and pastries, Paninis, hot toasted and deli-style sandwiches, soups and salads, juice smoothies and blended coffee drinks, premium ice cream, non-fat frozen yogurt and high-end desserts.
