Altius Reports on 2015 Annual General and Special Meeting Results

JOHN'S, NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR -- (Marketwired) -- 09/17/15 -- Altius (TSX: ALS) reports that all resolutions presented at its September 16th, 2015 Annual and Special Meeting were approved by shareholders, including the election of directors John Baker, Brian Dalton, Fred Mifflin, Susan Sherk, Jamie Strauss, Anna Stylianides and Don Warr. The detailed results of the proxies submitted for the vote on the election of directors are as displayed in the table below. The final voting results on each of the other items of business and respective resolutions have been filed on SEDAR.
