Imtech: 22 million orders for intelligent networks for optimum energy efficiency

Gouda - Over the past period, Imtech N.V. (technical services provider in
Europe) has observed a clear increase in the demand for intelligent networks for
smart buildings and smart grids. Intelligent networks form the foundation for
optimum energy efficiency. Imtech recently gained orders with a total value of
over 22 million euro.

Demand for intelligent networks increases
Intelligent networks form the basic infrastructure for smart buildings and smart
grids. Imtech ICT has the IT knowledge relating to these networks in-house.
After all, information and communications technology enable the broad
implementation of intelligent networks. This not only leads to optimum energy
efficiency within buildings and electricity grids; it also allows for additional
implementation options. Recent Dutch orders for intelligent networks were placed
by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the energy company Eneco, the Jeroen
Bosch Hospital in Den Bosch, ASR Netherlands and the Municipality of Amersfoort.
Multiple services on offer
Besides placing orders for the implementation of intelligent networks, clients
are increasingly asking Imtech to also maintain and manage these networks. From
