Mapmaker AND selected to power CosmicNavigation

Navigation Maps Western Europe with more content, now widely available to end
users
Rotterdam, 13 September 2010 - Digital Map Provider AND Automotive Navigation
today announced an agreement whereby CosmicNavigation will sell the AND maps in
its navigation products. CosmicNavigation has access to all Western Europe
Navigation Maps offered by AND. Through the agreement, CosmicNavigation will
incorporate Navigation Maps and select Points of Interest to provide more
accurate navigation, routing and location information.
CosmicNavigation will offer the AND maps in several products from their private
label navigation brands. This covers PND's, Mobile navigation and Tablet PC
products that are sold throughout Europe. CosmicNavigation will also enrich the
AND data with its scenic car and cycling content, as well as its Nautic maps for
the Netherlands. Through the recently launched website Mappoi.com,
CosmicNavigation will keep on collecting user generated map content and use this
to enrich the AND data further.
AND-Chief Executive Officer Maarten Oldenhof: 'We have always said that
navigation will be available for all. By offering our maps via CosmicNavigation
on navigation products such as PND's, more European customers will have access
to the detailed maps produced by AND. I am very pleased, because it is our
vision that navigation and location based services will be available for many
different types of devices.'

of cost nowadays, therefore AND provides us with very competitive digital maps.
We will use these maps in our GPS products and enrich the map with our

further development of its advanced digital maps to position itself even more
effectively in the market.

partners and customers all over the world, Cosmic's solutions have a global
reach. CosmicNavigation works for third party brands, but has also developed a
large portfolio of its own brands for PND, Mobile and Online navigation. In the
development of these technology and content solutions, Cosmic covers several
disciplines, ranging from sourcing hardware through its own ChinaDesk, to
developing the navigation software and content. But Cosmic also generates sales,
through its own network of international retailers and through its own
