Gespeg Issues Shares Pursuant to an Option Agreement
(firmenpresse) - SASKATOON, SASKATCHEWAN -- (Marketwired) -- 09/26/15 -- GESPEG COPPER RESOURCES INC. (TSX VENTURE: GCR) (the "Company" or "Gespeg") announces that further to its news release of September 17, 2013, the Company has issued a periodic share option issuance of 500,000 common shares in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") pursuant to the option agreement entered with Mr. Daniel Lepage and Mr. Pierre Ross. The Shares issued are subject to a statutory hold period expiring on January 26, 2016.
The Company also announces, further to its news release of August 11, 2015, that it will not proceed with the next tranche of the private placement.
