TransAtlantic executes vessel transaction
(Thomson Reuters ONE) -
TransAtlantic has divested the RoRo vessel Oak, 12,000 DWT, to foreign buyers.
The transaction will result in a capital loss of approximately SEK 5 M, but will
have a positive impact of approximately SEK 13 M on the consolidated cash
balance. The vessel has been idle since 2009.
