GLOBAL ECOPOWER MEETS INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS ON THE OCCASION OF LARGE & MIDCAP EVENT IN PARIS ON OCTOBER 7 & 8, 2015

Aix-en-Provence (France), September 28, 2015. Global EcoPower (Alternext -
FR0011289198 - ALGEP), constructor of power plants using renewable energy
sources, announces its participation in the 15(th) edition of the Large & Midcap
Event, a conference dedicated to meetings between Euronext listed companies and
institutional investors, which will take place on October 7 & 8, 2015 in the
Palais Brongniart in Paris.
On this occasion, Jean-Marie Santander, President and CEO of GEP, Philippe
Perret, Executive Vice President, and Thierry Darier, Director of Development,
will come back to the half year results 2015 and comment on the latest
operations of the group, in particular :
* the construction of the 10MW wind farm on behalf of its subsidiary Parc
Eolien de Seuil Mont Laurent in the municipalities of Seuil and Mont-Laurent
(department of Ardennes), the financing of which GEP completed in August
through a credit agreement of ? 12.7 million and a VAT bridge loan of ? 2.6
million;
* the strengthening of its equity through the issuance of bonds convertible
into shares with warrants (OCABSA) and of two lines of warrants that could
lead to a potential capital increase of a maximum total amount of ? 13.25
million;
* the implementation of the group's development strategy in wind energy which
consists of (i) acquiring the rights to build wind farms, (ii) financing the
equity and implementing the bank financing, (iii) constructing,
commissioning and connecting the power plants, and (iv) selling them, while
continuing their operation on behalf of third party investors.
