Peak Positioning Re-files First Quarter Interim Financials

(TSX VENTURE: PKK) ("Peak" or the "Company") announces the filing of the revised Interim Consolidated Financial Statements for the period ending March 31, 2011 and the Certification of Re-filed Interim Filings. A review of the Interim Consolidated Financial Statements revealed that the Statement of Change in Equity, now required under National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations, had not been presented in the form of a separate statement. The revised Financial Statements provide the information in the required format and procedures have been put in place to ensure future compliance.
