Proceeds to be used to fund ongoing development projects
MONTREAL, September 29(th), 2015 -- ROI Land Investments Ltd. (OTCQB: ROII)
("ROI" or the "Company"), a diversified real estate land development investment
company, announced today that it has raised USD 5.5 million in debt and equity
financing. This latest round of financing will be used to further develop the
Company's existing projects in Colorado, U.S., and British Columbia, Canada, and
for general corporate purposes.
