Report of repurchase of own shares in East Capital Explorer during August and September 2015

East Capital Explorer AB hereby reports that the Company, in accordance with the
decision of the Board regarding the utilization of the authorization to
repurchase own shares as announced on 20 August 2015, has repurchased 149,129
shares between 21 August and 30 September 2015, at an average price of SEK
52.58 per share.
Shares can be purchased up to and including 6 October 2015, observing blackout
periods in accordance with applicable rules. Execution of the resolution to
repurchase shares is dependent upon market terms, applicable rules and
regulations and the Company's capital position at any point in time.
Prior to 21 August 2015, the Company held 166,100 own shares. The total number
of outstanding shares in East Capital Explorer, including shares held by the
Company, amounts to 28,476,792. The Board intends to propose to the 2016 AGM, or
sooner, that the share capital in the company be reduced by cancelling the
repurchased shares.
