(firmenpresse) - LAS VEGAS, NV -- (Marketwire) -- 08/05/11 -- Leo Motors, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: LEOM) appointed Mr. Kwang Suk Lee as a new Vice Chairman of its Korea branch. Mr. Lee has careers both in the government and entrepreneurial sectors. Before joining Leo, he has run Tianjin Sambu Center Co., Ltd. as a chairman which made Samsung Mobile Phones in China. Mr. Lee has a Master's degree from the Graduate School of Yonsei University majoring in Economics.

According to Mr. John Lee, CEO of Leo Motors, "The joining of Mr. K. S. Lee in our company has significant meaning because he has vast experience in manufacturing our products and in operating Leo. I expect that he will make great contributions in financing for our business as well."



LEO MOTORS is a US public company based outside of Seoul, Korea, engaged in the development, manufacturing and sale of Electric Vehicle (EV) power trains and components. Leo has developed many original EV power trains and has converted many models of existing internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles into EVs, including scooters, motorcycles, highway speed sedans, buses and trucks.
