According to Ramoil CEO, Jeremy Foti, "These negotiations are an example of many steps we are taking to build the Ramoil product matrix and add shareholder value." Ramoil struck a deal two months ago with Innovative Merchandising Solutions to distribute products to major retailers for the company.
