BOARD CHANGE

The Company announces that Norman Smith resigned from the board of directors of
the Company yesterday with immediate effect.
Norman stepped down from his executive position as joint CEO in January this
year, to become a non executive director. Since then he has become more involved
in other interests and has decided that he would like more time to pursue them.
The Board thanks Norman for his valuable contributions during his time with the
Company, and wishes him all the best.
