The Norwegian Competition Authority decides not intervene against the merger

(Oslo, 15 September 2010) The Norwegian Competition Authority has carried out a
thorough investigation of the merger between EDB Business Partner ASA and
ErgoGroup AS, and has today notified the parties that the Authority has decided
not to intervene against the merger. This means that the merger is cleared by
the Norwegian Competition Authority.
The parties expect to carry out the merger at the end of September/start of
October.
