LIS brings together the go-to-market brands CT Corporation and Corsearch under one group to better serve legal services customers. CT Corporation is the market leader in incorporation and legal compliance solutions, and Corsearch leads the market in global trademark and brand protection solutions.

Weber is a tenured Wolters Kluwer executive, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and General Manager of and previously held the position of Vice President and General Manager for the business, TyMetrix. Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, Weber was a practicing attorney. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Notre Dame, with high honors, and a J.D. from the Boston School of Law as a Joseph G. Tauro Scholar.
