Net sales for the three-month period ended August 31, 2015 were $47,160,000 compared to $42,991,000 for the three-month period ended August 31, 2014. The Company reported net earnings totaling $660,000, or $.29 per diluted share, for the quarter ended August 31, 2015. This compares to net earnings for last year's second quarter ended August 31, 2014 of $502,000, or $.22 per diluted share.
Net sales for the six-month period ended August 31, 2015 were $80,436,000 compared to $74,581,000 for the same period last year. Net loss for the six-month period ended August 31, 2015 was $87,000, or $.04 per diluted share. For the comparable six-month period in the prior year, the Company reported a net loss of $428,000, or $.19 per diluted share.
