SEC Approves MyECheck Form 10 Registration to Be Fully Reporting Public Company

MyECheck's common stock will be registered with the SEC, and MyECheck will be fully reporting with the SEC as of October 13, 2015.
The Form 10 Registration statement contains Company audited financial statements and other factual information related to the business of MyECheck, Inc. The Company will now file reports regularly with the SEC including audited annual financial report, auditor reviewed quarterly financial statements and all material events. Full reporting with the SEC will improve company transparency, and help MyECheck qualify for more senior stock exchanges.
