Komplett and Jernia have signed an agreement to establish the new webshop
Jernia.no. Start-up is scheduled for late 2010.
Two major players on the Norwegian market are now joining forces to establish a
new webshop. For quite some time, Jernia has wanted to have a stronger presence
on the Internet, and it has products that lend themselves well to this.
Komplett, a leading e-commerce enterprise in Scandinavia, will contribute
expertise associated with the operation of the webshop, in addition to
logistics.
The recently established company Jernia.no AS is co-owned by Komplett ASA (51
per cent) and Jernia AS (49 per cent).
