"LivaNova"), the UK public limited company which, effective as of October
19, 2015, will be the holding company for the combined businesses of Sorin
S.p.A. ("Sorin") and Cyberonics Inc. ("Cyberonics"), is pleased to announce that
the UK Listing Authority has approved the prospectus dated October 12, 2015 (the
"Prospectus") in connection with the listing of its ordinary shares on the
standard segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority.
The Prospectus will be available on the Sorin and Cyberonics websites.
