Change of Name - Wentworth Resources Limited

Artumas Group Inc. (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has
completed the process of changing its name to Wentworth Resources Limited.
The Annual General and Special Meeting was held on September 17, 2010, at which
time a motion was tabled and seconded to approve, by special resolution, the
changing the name of the Corporation from "Artumas Group Inc." to "Wentworth
Resources Limited". The motion was passed unanimously. The new trading symbol
on the Oslo Børs for the Corporation will be "WRL".
