Directorate change
The Board of Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, today announces that Mike
Holt, Group Finance Director, will be leaving the Group with effect from 19
November 2010. Mike will be joining Low & Bonar PLC as Group Finance Director.
The recruitment of a new Group Finance Director is now underway and a further
announcement will be made in due course.
Jeremy Pilkington, Chairman of Vp plc commented: "On behalf of the Board, I
would like to thank Mike for his valuable contribution to the development of Vp
plc over the last six years and we wish him well for the future in his new
role."
