First Mining Issues Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/27/15 -- First Mining Finance Corp. ("First Mining") (TSX VENTURE: FF)(OTCQB: FFMGF) announces that it has granted 200,000 stock options for investor relations services to the Company . The stock options have an exercise price of $0.47 per share, are exercisable for a period of five years and, in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, are subject to vesting provisions. These stock options are governed by the Company's Stock Option Plan.
