EVRY ASA ("EVRY") refers to the announcements made by Oslo Børs this morning on
29 October 2015 and yesterday on 28 October 2015 regarding a two-day
postponement of the final date of listing for the shares of EVRY.
According to EVRY's previous financial calendar, its release of the interim
financial report for third quarter 2015 was scheduled to be made on 30 October
2015. EVRY hereby for the avoidance of doubt announces that such interim
reporting will not take place.
EVRY's last day of trading will be 30 October 2015 and its shares will
consequently be de-listed prior to the reporting deadline on 30 November 2015.
