Dominion Citrus Income Fund and Dominion Citrus Limited: Organization Change
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 10/30/15 -- Dominion Citrus Limited (TSX: DMN.PR.A) ("DCL") and Dominion Citrus Income Fund (TSX: DOM.UN) (the "Fund") announce today that the Board of Directors of DCL is negotiating with Paul Scarafile to act as its Chief Executive Officer, subject to finalization of the definitive terms of his contract. In the interim Mr. Scarafile has agreed to act as interim CEO of DCL to replace Winston Ash whose resignation took effect today (see press release dated October 1, 2015). Mr. Scarafile has been a director of DCL and a trustee of the Fund since 2011. He is a principal of Scarafile Produce, a seasonal business operating at the Ontario Food Terminal.
