Alexium Confidentially Submits Registration Statement to the Securities and Exchange Commission for US Listing and Initial Public Offering of American Depositary Shares
(firmenpresse) - PERTH, AUSTRALIA and GREER, SC -- (Marketwired) -- 11/02/15 -- (ASX: AJX) (OTCQX: AXXIY) confirms it has confidentially submitted a draft F1 registration statement to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to conduct an initial public offering in the United States of its American Depositary Shares in conjunction with the planned listing on the NYSE MKT. The number of American Depositary Shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering has not yet been determined. The offering is expected to commence after the SEC completes its review process of its draft registration statement and after the Company sets the number of American Depositary Shares, price range and timetable according to market conditions.
