Our mission is to share the global live/learn/share Dalla Corte values with restaurant and hospitality professionals. Dalla Corte Coffee Systems is opening the first of its DC Lofts, in Toronto from November 19 - 21, 2015, and then in Montreal from November 25 - 27, 2015. This unprecedented event in the North American coffee industry will be marked by various launch activities and workshops on "The knowledge and passion for the Perfect Coffee and the Best Brewing Practices."
Coffee industry professionals, fine food experts, as well as media will be invited to live, learn and share this innovative concept with Victor Delpierre, "Coffee in Good Spirits" 2013 Barista Cocktail World Champion, and Fabrizio Sencion Ramirez, 2nd place in the 2012 World Barista Championship. These international stars will lead and animate informative and entertaining activities in a convivial atmosphere.
