Polsinelli Real Estate Attorneys to Speak at Two Real Estate Finance Forums in November in New York
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 11/03/15 -- Two Partners at Polsinelli, an Am Law 100 firm with a strong real estate practice in New York, will be speaking at major forums in the real estate finance space in November 2015:
Dan Flanigan, Chair of the Department of Real Estate & Financial Services, will moderate the panel on "The US lending universe today" at the Real Estate Capital Forum 2015 hosted by PEI, a conference producer and global B2B information group, on November 9, 2015 at 11:25 AM at the Convene Conference Center in New York. The panel will focus on the returning importance of CMBS, the breadth and depth of banks' role in private equity real estate lending, conservative lenders, and the challenges facing REITs today.
Dan Flanigan will also be moderating a panel at the Borrower & Investor Forum on Real Estate Mezzanine Financing & Subordinated Debt, along with Allen Dickey, a Polsinelli Shareholder and the firm's leading mezzanine finance lawyer. The forum is being hosted by the Information Management Network (IMN) on November 10, 2015 at the Union League Club in New York. IMN is a producer of major real estate educational and networking forums.
Dan Flanigan will moderate the panel on "New Era = New Strategies" at 9:45 AM. The panel, composed of mezzanine lenders, will discuss strategies to compete for deals and chase yield in the current market.
Allen Dickey will moderate a panel entitled "Macro-Economic Viewpoint: When Interest Rates Rise & Other Key Issues Impacting CRE Investment in 2016" at 11:45 AM.
