("Prism") (TSX VENTURE: PM), a leading provider of durable medical equipment and related services to the mobility challenged, announced that it granted options on November 3, 2015 to acquire 50,000 common shares to a senior officer of Prism or its affiliates having a term of three years and an exercise price of $8.60 per share. The options vest one-third on the date of the grant and one-third on each of the first two anniversary dates of the grant and are otherwise subject to the terms of the company's stock option plan.
