RoodMicrotec N.V. appoints Remy Cuny as new CFO

The board of management of RoodMicrotec N.V. has appointed Mr R.A. (Remy) Cuny
(1976) as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as of 1 November 2010 to succeed Mr
Sebastiaan Hollenberg.
Remy Cuny started his career in 1995 with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Rotterdam as
associate / auditor. Since 2002 he has fulfilled various positions in financial
management and controlling. Remy Cuny has built up a relevant track record inter
alia in financing of growth plans with high-tech companies such as ALSI N.V. in
Beuningen, the Netherlands, and most recently as finance manager with Micronit
Microfluidics B.V in Enschede, the Netherlands.
At RoodMicrotec, Remy Cuny will focus, in addition to accountancy duties and
relations with the financial community, on cost control and improving the
results. We trust that Mr Cuny will make an important contribution to achieving
the objectives RoodMicrotec has set itself.
