Pete Peterson Joins Brocade to Develop World-Class Channel Sales Program
(firmenpresse) - SAN JOSE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/09/15 -- Brocade (NASDAQ: BRCD) today announced that industry sales veteran Pete Peterson has joined the company as vice president of Worldwide Channel Sales to manage its go-to-market ecosystem of channel and distribution partners.

Peterson brings more than 30 years of sales and leadership experience to Brocade, including 20 years working in various senior management positions at Tech Data Corporation. Most recently, he was senior vice president of Global Business Development where he was responsible for new vendor partner acquisitions and diversification opportunities at Tech Data. Peterson has received numerous awards throughout his career in recognition of his performance. He was recognized as a Channel Chief by CRN Magazine in 2011, and as a Top Sales Executive by ExecRank in 2012. In 2013, Peterson received an Inspire Award from Inspire Magazine and a Florida Multicultural Leadership Award from the Florida Diversity Council. Peterson holds a bachelor of science degree from Tuskegee University and a master's degree in business administration from Florida State University.
