Hunt Mortgage Group Adds Raymond J. Guttroff to Its Proprietary Lending Team
Joins as Managing Director in New York
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 11/09/15 -- Hunt Mortgage Group, a leader in financing commercial real estate throughout the United States, announced today that Raymond J. (R.J.) Guttroff has joined the firm as Managing Director. He will be based in the New York office.
Guttroff will focus on loan production, with particular emphasis on Hunt Mortgage Group's proprietary loan products and will report to Bill Hyman, Senior Managing Director and Chief Production Officer, Commercial Real Estate.
"Hunt Mortgage Group is evolving and expanding beyond its core agency lending business to provide the full range of commercial real estate finance services to its clients," explained Hyman. "In addition to our extensive agency financing platform, we are making strategic additions to our sales force to expand our market reach and capitalize fully on our new financing capabilities."
To date, the Proprietary Loan Group at Hunt Mortgage Group has a firm and funded pipeline of $450 million. "RJ brings more than fifteen years of commercial real estate experience to his new role at Hunt Mortgage Group," added Hyman. "We are confident he will play a pivotal role in helping us reach our growth goals."
Guttroff joins Hunt Mortgage Group from Barclays where he was a Director leading a national team of originators and underwriters. Earlier in his career he worked at a number of other key financial and real estate institutions in a variety of capacities including: Deutsche Bank Securities, Greystone & Co., Nomura Securities and UBS Warburg. Guttroff is a graduate from the University of Vermont and the New York University Real Estate Institute.
