Aben Resources Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement Financing
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/09/15 -- Aben Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: ABN)(OTC PINK: ABNAF)(FRANKFURT: E2L2) (the "Company") announces a non-brokered private placement of up to 5,000,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit ("Unit") to raise gross proceeds of up to $250,000. Each Unit will consists of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant ("Warrant"), with each Warrant to entitle the holder to purchase one common share for a period of five years at a price of $0.055 per share from the closing date of the private placement.
A finder's fee of 7% in cash and 7% in non-transferable warrants (the "Finder's Warrants") may be paid in connection with part of this private placement. Each Finder's Warrant will entitle the finder to purchase a common share at a price of $0.055 per share for a period of five years from the closing date of the private placement.
The Company intends to utilize the proceeds of this private placement to evaluate new business opportunities for Aben and for general working capital purposes.
The private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
