Buccaneer Gold Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer and Director

Swanborough has resigned as chief financial officer and director of the Company, effective November 9, 2015. The Company is actively seeking a full-time successor for the chief financial officer position. Mr. Swanborough will remain available to the Company on a consultancy basis to facilitate a smooth transition of duties.
The board of directors of the Company thanks Mr. Swanborough for his contributions, and wishes him all the best in his future endeavors.
