RASPBERRY CASE − One-piece folding enclosure for Raspberry PI B + and PI 2 B

OKW Gehäusesysteme has developed a folding enclosure made of translucent material for the single-board computer Raspberry PI B+ and the PI 2 B version.

(firmenpresse) - The RASPBERRY CASE consists of one single part, and can be assembled easily and without tools. The board is optimally held in the enclosure using the film hinge principle.

The RASPBERRY CASE can be assembled in a few easy steps. The board is placed in the enclosure and can be fixed to the existing screw domes as required using the enclosed screws. First fold up the long sides, then the short sides. Then clip the lid into place, and the mini-computer is ready for use. To dismantle the case, proceed in the reverse order. The enclosure can be opened again with a pushbutton, thus allowing fast subsequent access. Any necessary adjustment work, or the connection of external units, can thus be effected without tools. Ventilation slots in the base of the enclosure ensure optimum ventilation. Stable positioning is also guaranteed when using desk-top applications, since four anti-slide feet are included in the supply.
Holes have also been drilled to allow the enclosure to be optionally fixed to the wall. The necessary recesses for connecting all 10 interfaces are already permanently integrated and are always accessible.

The RASPBERRY CASE is made of translucent polypropylene plastic, and is available in the colours mint green and raspberry red in the size 95 x 67 x 34 mm (L x W x H). Thanks to the material used, the LEDs on the board can be read very easily.
