RushNet, Inc. Update to Shareholders
(firmenpresse) - CHICAGO, IL -- (Marketwired) -- 11/11/15 -- (OTC PINK: RSHN), a marketing beverage company focused on healthy products, would like to sincerely thank the loyal shareholders that have continued to support RushNet, Inc. over the years.
RushNet, Inc. is a Colorado Corporation with plans confirmed to transfer as a public entity to be a Delaware Corporation. New updates on the Company's current position, the goals and expectations for 2016 will be disclosed.
RushNet, Inc. has entered the first phase of restructuring the Company into its current business activities and a plan to provide additional details to shareholders shortly. Over the past several weeks, management has worked diligently towards the steps of bringing RushNet, Inc. to current status and has changed the company's domicile. Every step management takes will add financial strength and growth opportunities to the Company and benefit its shareholders.
Robert J. Corr stated, "Plans are under way for the reemergence our past brands, new product launches, market penetration, product advertising and key business agreements with wholesalers, distributors and resellers within a new, emerging, multi-billion dollar industry." He includes, "APPLE RUSH brand is now being bottled in Florida and will be one of the RushNet's premier brands after the new domicile in Delaware is completed."
Corr continued, "Over the next several weeks, we will begin to focus our efforts in management's expertise by focusing on the creation of distribution channels for our new products in order to create brand recognition and future availability on the consumer shelf." He also stated, "We continue to speak to groups interested in providing working capital to the company and feel we are close to choosing a long term financial partner that can supply us with the working capital needed for the roll-out of our new product lines, and to substantially bring the brand to market." As the restructuring continues and after the Delaware new corporation is confirmed the Apple Rush & Ginseng Rush brands will contribute profits directly to RushNet, Inc.
