Amex Announces Re-Election of Directors
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, CANADA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/12/15 -- Amex Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE: AMX) announces that, at the annual meeting of shareholders held on November 12, 2015, each of the 5 nominees listed in the Management Information Circular filed on October 22, 2015 with regulatory authorities were elected as directors of Amex Exploration Inc.
Based on the proxies received and the votes at the annual meeting of shareholders, the following individuals were elected as directors of the company until the next annual shareholders meeting. The following are: Mr. Jacques Trottier, Mr. Pierre Carrier, Mr. James Hayward Coleman, Mr. Andre Shareck, and Mr. Andre Gagne.
At the request of the TSX Venture, the Company confirms obtaining the approval of shareholders at the meeting held on October 25, 2012, for the amendment to the stock option plan regarding the increasing of the number of shares issuable under the plan from 5,290,000 shares to 7,822,749 shares.
Amex Exploration Inc. is a junior mining exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange whose primary objective is to develop and bring into production viable gold and base metal deposits.
