American Creek Resources Closes Financing
(firmenpresse) - CARDSTON, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/12/15 -- American Creek Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: AMK) ("the Corporation") today announced that it has closed the private placement previously announced on September 28, 2015. A total of 200,000 flow-through units ("FT Units) were subscribed for in the final tranche at a price of $0.05 per FT Unit for gross proceeds of $10,000. Each FT Unit consists of one flow-through common share of the Corporation and one non-transferrable, non flow-through common share purchase warrant ("Warrant"). Each Warrant may be exercised for one additional common share for a period of 30 months from the closing date of the offering at a price of $0.08 if exercised in the first 24 months and $0.10 thereafter if exercised in the remaining 6 month period.
The common shares and warrants issued in this Offering are subject to a hold period of four months plus a day from issuance.
Proceeds from this private placement will be used for exploration related expenses.
This private placement is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
